Necromunda: Underhive Wars is a turn-based tactical RPG Game developed by Rogue Factor and published by Focus Interactive. The title is set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe and is based on the tabletop Game Necromunda. Necromunda: Underhive Wars was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

 

The Underhive Wars features three gangs - the Cawdor, the Escher, and the Goliath - each with unique abilities, weapons, and tactics. In this article, we will be focusing on the Cawdor Gang.

 

Gameplay:

Necromunda: Underhive Wars requires players to strategically move their gang members through the Game's levels, engaging in combat and completing various objectives—a cover system, allowing players to use the environment to their advantage and avoid enemy fire.

Players control a gang of up to six members, each with unique abilities and equipment. The Cawdor Gang specializes in melee combat and uses improvised weapons like clubs and spiked flails. They also have access to explosives and incendiary devices.

 

Players can customize their gang members by equipping them with different weapons and armour and upgrading their abilities. Gang members can also gain experience and Level up, becoming more potent as the Game progresses.

 

The campaign mode, where players must complete various missions to advance the story. In addition, there is a skirmish mode, allowing players to engage in battles against other players or AI opponents.

 

Story:

Necromunda: Underhive Wars is set on the planet of Necromunda, a dystopian world dominated by massive hive cities. The Game follows the story of the Cawdor Gang, a group of religious fanatics who believe they are the chosen ones and all others are heathens.

The Cawdor Gang is led by a man known as the High Cardinal, who has convinced his followers that they are on a mission from the God-Emperor. The gang is known for their brutal tactics and willingness to use explosives and other dangerous weapons.

 

As the Game progresses, the Cawdor Gang becomes embroiled in a power struggle with the other gangs of Necromunda. The Escher and Goliath gangs want control of the Underhive, and the Cawdor Gang must fight to protect their territory.
