Gameplay

The single-player action-adventure game focused on stealth and survival horror, Alien: Isolation, is played From a first-person perspective. The player controls Amanda Ripley, who must traverse a space station and do tasks while dodging, outwitting, and outlasting opponents. The goals can be anything from turning on computers to gathering specified objects or getting to a given place. To avoid being seen by opponents, the player can flee, climb ladders, enter vents covertly, crouch behind items, peep over things for a safe view, and bend around. To hide from opponents, the player can also crawl beneath tables or into vacant lockers.
