The 13th Hierarchical City "Kagutsuchi" forgets to rejoice New Year as his suspected role in the "Mysterious Bombing" and "Huge Pentacle Sightings" becomes the buzz of the town a few days after the supposed raid by Ragna the Bloodedge. The populace raises their theories, exaggerating and spreading tales like wildfire because the NOL has not provided an official answer.
