Storyline

The murder of the newly elected Alliance President, which led to the dissolution of the coalition created during the original Game's expansion, kicks off the plot on the planet Altair II.

A UEF officer named Dominic Maddox, who is wedded to an Illuminate is the focus of the campaign's first phase, which is devoted to the UEF. Maddox repels rebel Cybran units at a communications tower after a failed training drill and an incident at Coalition headquarters. His commanding commander, Colonel Rogers, successfully repels the assault, and he now has sole command of all UEF forces on Earth. Rogers commands Maddox to wipe out the Illuminate colony of New Cathedral after defending a critical weapons facility and running into a mystery Cybran in the Weddell Straits.

High-end Campaign Mode

The player receives a base at the beginning of the Game in the most significant planned campaign mode and competes against a predefined foe. The player must achieve specific objectives, such as "destroy the enemy's experimental unit," to complete the Level. The player can acquire a wider variety of units as the campaign continues, the objectives get more brutal, and the adversary gets stronger.
