In Painkiller: Overdose, the sinister Painkiller universe takes a new turn. The Game is still a fast-paced first-person shooter. Still, players take on the role of Belial, a half-demon, half-angel dealing with the fallout from Daniel Garner's victory against Lucifer rather than the series' protagonist. Eight new demonic weapons are available for players as they blast their way through 17 brand-new levels home to dozens of adorable monsters.

Giant enemies await players after each stage, but Belial has a chance thanks to new Tarot card abilities and attack combinations.

Gameplay
