The sections include the Vaulters, the Broken Lords, the Wild Walkers, the Drakken, the Roving Clans, the Necrophages, the Cultists, and the Ardent Mages. Each faction has a unique playstyle, with specific abilities and attributes that make them stand out.

The core action mechanics revolve around exploration, research, and conquest. The Game is set in a fictional world, Auriga, full of mysteries, resources, and dangers. Players must explore the world, discover new territories, gather resources, and research new technologies to advance their civilization—a unique Terrain system where the Terrain affects gameplay and provides strategic advantages or disadvantages to players. For instance, players can take advantage of mountains, forests, and rivers to strengthen their defence or launch surprise attacks.

The combat system is turn-based, and players must strategically position their armies to achieve victory. The variety of units, each with its strengths and weaknesses, and players can customize their armies to suit their playstyle. It also features powerful heroes with unique abilities who can lead troops into battle.
