World of Warcraft: New Twitch Drop Unveiled

World of Warcraft fans are excited, the game is offering a new transmog called the Coward’s Azure Target to celebrate the return of the Plunderstorm. To get it, players have to watch any World of Warcraft streamer on Twitch for four hours between January 14 and February 4. Seems like Blizzard Entertainment is not holding back when it comes to handing out free goodies, let’s discuss. 

What is Plunderstorm?

It is a battle royal game mode that was first introduced back in early 2024 and now it is making its way back to the World of Warcraft. It will only be for a month starting January 14. Even if you do not take part in the Plunderstorm, you can have access to the new back transmog, The Coward’s Azure Target just by watching any World of Warcraft of your choice on Twitch for 4 hours.

How Can I Get The New Twitch Drop?

To get the Coward’s Azure Target back transmog, make sure to follow the following steps: 

1. Link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts on Twitch’s Connections page. 

2. Watch four hours of any streamer in the World of Warcraft category on Twitch between
January 14 and February 4

3. Claim the drop from your Twitch inventory. 

4. The Coward’s Azure Target will automatically appear in your Warband transmog Collections pane.

What is the Coward’s Azure Target? 

It is a brand new transmog that was not attainable in the game before. It is a recolored version of Coward’s Violet Target. It was a free reward for players who completed the Trading Post Traveler’s Log in August 2024. This made a lot of fans not so happy as they were not satisfied with the bonus. 

Players who are not excited about this Twitch Drop will have more to look forward to as there are plenty of other items they can look forward to alongside the rewards in the Plunderstorm event. Coming to the soon-to-be-seen improvements in the game, Patch 11.1 will be making its way to the game soon. Also, the War Within update will let the users customize the character select screen.
