Madden NFL 27 is here, and EA Sports has named the players who earned the game’s top score. The Madden NFL 27 99 Club has six members this year, one fewer than last year’s class of seven. Two of the six, quarterback Matthew Stafford and defensive end Myles Garrett, even share the same locker room with the Los Angeles Rams.
Three players are repeat members from Madden NFL 26. Three are joining the club for the very first time. Let’s take a closer look at the ratings of Madden NFL 27 99 Club players.

What Is the Madden 99 Club?
In Madden, every player gets an overall rating, or OVR, from 0 to 99. This one number sums up how good a player is in the game. It’s built from dozens of smaller ratings, like speed, strength, and awareness.
A 99 OVR is the highest score a player can get. It has been the max score since Madden 2002. EA’s ratings team watches every NFL game and grades players all season long. Only the very best of the best reach 99.
That’s why fans call it a “club.” Some years, only four or five players make it in. This year, six players did.
