Due to this, the future is all messed up, and very less humans survive. Now, you take on the role of a ‘Traveler’, one who dives in time, and you work as an agent for the enigmatic Collective. You have to go back in the past to bring back important people to the future. You gotta find those humans while you struggle to survive the collapsing world of the past and fight for your life.
With your powerful Harvester, you need to collect humans’ Essences and bring them along with you into the future. The threats you face in the past, 1980s-era Poland, and the ones you face in the future, Eastern Europe, will be very different. The creatures you will fight were humans previously but the apocalypse made them zombie-like to highly mutated. You will have a variety of weapons and gear in your arsenal to fight them. Along with this, you will explore the wastelands of the future and make key decisions to survive.
Cronos The New Dawn Setting
The setting of Cronos The New Dawn is extremely dark and cheerless and will give you the chills each time. The post-apocalyptic setting is inspired by classics like The Thing, 12 Monkeys, and Dead Space. The high-resolution graphics scream horror and the character animations look very fierce. You’ll be exploring dark tunnels, underground areas, and abandoned buildings, which will really creep you out. Think of it as a mixture of Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and The Thing. They’re enough to give us nightmares!
