All Permanent Warp Banners in Honkai: Star Rail
Honkai: Star Rail permanent warp banners are also a thing. Players can recruit a certain set of 5-star characters from this banner. As the name itself suggests, these permanent warp banners never expire, and remain active forever. Well, at least till the game is live. Check out all the permanent Honkai: Star Rail warp banners:
Standard Warp Banner (Mixed Banner) – In the Standard Warp banner of Honkai: Star Rail, players can summon using their owned Star Rail Passes or Stellar Jades. You are guaranteed to get a 5-star character or 5-Star Light Cone after doing 80 summons without any 5-star character or 5-Star Light Cone. Consider this the pity system of this banner. The Standard Warp banner features a limited set of 5-star characters, that are as follows:

The Standard Warp banner features a limited set of 5-star Light cones, that are as follows:

Departure Warp (Permanent Beginner Warp Banner) – In the Beginners Departure Warp banner of Honkai: Star Rail, players can summon using their owned Star Rail Passes at a discounted rate of 8 instead of the usual 10. A total of 50 summons can only be made on this banner. You are guaranteed to get a 5-Star character in 50 summons. Each 10-pull costs only 8 Star Rail passes.
This warp banner is only available for new players, and once you get a 5-Star character from it, this banner will disappear forever. The Departure Warp banner features a limited set of 5-star characters, that are as follows:
