New Operation Mode Map – Welcome to Kadaku

Set in the world of Kadaku, one almost totally consumed by the Tyranid swarm; players will go on a mission to make the victory for the Tyranids as painful as possible. You will assist the Cadian Astra Militarum regiments, holding ground, in making every Tyranid regret their appearance.
Saber Interactive showed us a peek of Kadaku; dude, it looks gnarly! Imagine a corrupted forest with monstrous Tyranid structures sprouting everywhere. You’ll see the terrifying Capillary Towers in the distance. That is one perfect battlefield for lots of intense, tactical gameplay.
What’s next?
The October update is not about a new map only. Saber Interactive is preparing to load this update with a bunch of extra goodies:
- Free 4K Texture Pack for PC Players – if you have a top-shelf rig, you’re in for a real treat with Space Marine 2 since you will be able to play this game in eye-watering 4K. This free DLC should do nothing but improve the already beautiful visual style of the game.
- Hotfixes – First, some necessary hotfixes will be released to end the game crashes and constant bugs that have been popping up.
- New Armor Customization – Want your Space Marine to stand out from the crowd? Look for new helmet lens options in different colors to further personalize your look.
Lethal Difficulty, Neo-Volkite Pistol, and a New Enemy!
While Saber Interactive hasn’t confirmed everything coming in October, their roadmap for Season 2 has some interesting hints. Along with the new Operation map, we might be getting:
- Lethal Difficulty Level: Think you’ve seen it all? Think again! The new difficulty level is here to test your limits.
- Neo-Volkite Pistol: Another brand-new weapon with which to conquer the battle.
- A New Enemy: Be prepared to face a new enemy on the battlefield, though information is yet to be revealed. Expect to know more about it soon!
Considering all the features to be lined up in its pipeline, Space Marine 2 would probably be one of the most supported Warhammer 40K games ever.
