Missing from Total War Pharaoh on launch the family tree now makes its return adding to the Depths of relationships within the dynasties and diplomatic ties with neighbouring kingdoms adding to the element of storytelling in real time.
Lethality System
The Brand new addition to the game is its new Lethality system which, taking inspiration from historical units, now adds elements of complex strategy and planning in the battles of Pharaohs. The lethality system makes battles more deadly and realistic than ever before in the series. Each unit has a stat indicating their probability of instantly killing an enemy combatant with each attack. This feature allows certain units to perform as fearsomely as they were perceived in history.
