Leading Characters in Echoes of Wisdom
You will meet four significant characters in your journey in Echoes of Wisdom.
Princess Zelda
Zelda is here to save Hyrule, her kingdom, once again! She’s the main protagonist who harnesses the power of Echoes to rescue Link, her protector, as he gets swallowed by the rift. She is brave and determined and must do all she can to restore the balance of her kingdom before it’s too late.
Tri
Tri is a mysterious fairy who accompanies Zelda on her journey. She gifts the Tri Rod, a magical staff, and shares her powers with Zelda to help her on her adventure. She is kind and good-hearted. A lot has not been revealed about Tri’s origins, but we will learn more soon in the game.
Link
Link is the protector and brave hero of Hyrule. He is a swordsman who is very loyal to Princess Zelda. Unfortunately, he is sent to the Still World after being swallowed by a mysterious dark rift. The story is going to take a whole new turn, because in the recent video by Nintendo, we see Link being possessed by a rift and attacking Zelda.
Ganon
Ganon is the villain in the game. He is the king of evil, and wants to cause destruction. Moreover, he is suspected of being behind the dark rift that swallowed Link and inflicted misery on the people of Hyrule.
Supporting Characters in Echoes of Wisdom
These are the supporting characters in the game.
King of Hyrule: He is the king of Hyrule and Princess Zelda’s father.
Sadari: She is the sincere, high-ranked minister of Hyrule.
General Wright: He is a brave general in the military of Hyrule.
Dampe: A mechanical engineer who creates automatons for Zelda.
Impa: She is Princess Zelda’s nursemaid and close confidant.
Ruberi: Impa’s older brother and a researcher of the dark rifts.
Echoes of Wisdom Storyline
Zelda escapes from the dungeons and sets out to restore balance in her kingdom. She has to use her wisdom and bravery to save Hyrule by creating echoes and imitations of things she sees in the environment. The people of Hyrule are being stolen away by scary rifts, including Link, a swordsman. This makes Zelda investigate the dark rifts and uncover the mystery as she is worried about her kingdom. She’s not alone in this journey, as she teams up with an otherworldly fairy named Tri, who gives her a magical staff called the Tri Rod to help her on this journey.
