Tamagotchi Plaza Nintendo Switch 2
Tamagotchi Plaza is the latest title in the Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop series! It is set in Tamahiko Town on Tamagotchi Planet, and the adventure is totally worth it. The simulation game is developed by HYDE and published by Bandai Namco, and will be released on 27 June 2025 for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. It will have a local multiplayer mode where you and your friend can enjoy the game using the same controller.
Tamagotchi Plaza Concept
In Tamagotchi Plaza, you’ll meet over 100 different Tamagotchi while helping Prince Tamahiko get ready for a festival in Tamahiko Town. The core of the game is to work in shops, take orders, and do favours for the town’s residents. You can help at the Dentist and Tailor shops, make galettes, serve afternoon tea, and sell cool eyewear too! You will also set up tables with sweets and drinks to match what customers order at the Afternoon Tea Shop. So, serve Tamagotchi in 12 different shops, build your shop’s reputation, and attract even more Tamagotchi to come visit.
Gameplay Mechanics
- Work in Shops: Help run 12+ unique shops, like a Tailor, Dentist, Eyewear Store, and Afternoon Tea Shop.
- Fulfill Orders: Set up sweets and drinks based on customer orders in the Afternoon Tea Shop.
- Create Items: Make clothes, eyewear, and tasty galettes for customers.
- Help Residents: Complete favors and tasks for different Tamagotchi residents in town.
- Grow Reputation: Make your customers happy to improve your shop’s reputation.
- Unlock Visitors: As your reputation grows, more Tamagotchi characters will visit your shops.
- Meet 100+ Characters: Interact with over 100 unique Tamagotchi characters in town.
- Mini-Games & Challenges: Each shop may include small tasks or puzzles to complete customer requests.
