Locations
The safes are located in these areas in Resident Evil Requiem. Remember to always collect the notes with the codes before unlocking the safes. They help you remember combinations and make exploration easier.
1. Examination Room Safe
You can find this safe inside the Examination Room in Rhodes Hill. You need to enter the room from the East Wing Lobby and then check the back right corner of the room. The safe will be placed on a shelf.
Where to Find the Code
The Resident Evil Requiem safe codes note will be found in the locker room near the Rhodes Hill Conference Room. If you stand facing the conference room door, turn right, and look through the broken lockers, you directly spot the note lying there.
2. Bar & Lounge Safe
This safe is in the Bar and Lounge area of Rhodes Hill and located in the Care Center’s West Wing. When you reach there, look behind the bar counter on a shelf and you will find the safe code note there.
Where to Find the Code
Go to the office on the second floor. You can reach it by taking the stairs in the Custodian’s Office corridor.
3. Basement Safe
This safe is in the Basement of Rhodes Hill. From the Furnace, move west to reach an office room where the safe is located. You’ll pass this area during the mission where you try to rescue Emily from the Basement enemy.
Where to Find the Code
Grace cannot find this code herself so you will have to switch to Leon. During Leon’s escape sequence from Victor’s torture, you will open the attic and fight a mutant. Then walk down a long hallway after the fight and exit to a small landing area.
4. Sterilization Chamber Safe
This safe appears in the Sterilization Chamber inside the ARK while playing as Grace. It is located behind the spot where you meet the first Licker enemy.
Where to Find the Code
When exploring the ARK for the first time, go down the stairs in the Anteroom. At the bottom, you will see the Umbrella logo on the wall. The Resident Evil Requiem safe codes note is hidden behind that wall.
5. Monitor Control Room Safe
This safe is located in the Monitor Control Room in the ARK. When entering the room as Grace, the safe is directly opposite the entrance.
Where to Find the Code
The note with the code is in Bioweapon Repository 05. Inside the room, go to the center row of shipping containers. Then check the container on the right side to find the note.
