What The Dark Waters DLC is All About
In this Ready or Not DLC, a critical incident takes place at the offshore oil rig called HeavyWell A-101. A terror group called United Nations Front is the reason behind this hostage situation. The situation is ongoing, and FISA is handling further updates.
This incident came shortly after the failed assassination attempt on Governor Whitfield during a political event at LSPD HQ. THE LSPD, Highly Patrol, Protective Services, and the federal officers are all working together to ensure the safety of the governor
The LSPD is now equipped with new maritime capabilities which were developed with Los Sueños C.O.A.S.T. (California Offshore Air and Sea Team), initiated a quick response to the oil rig. A new helicopter called the UH-60 is now in use for rapid deployment and reconnaissance of the SWAT team.
New Additions
This DLC comes equipped with the following
Mirage at The Sea: There is a party happening in a well-guarded luxury yacht. It also holds proof of an international crime operation.
Leviathan: Terrorists have taken over an offshore oil rig. They have taken the workers hostage and have begun executing them.
3 Letter Triad: A secretive deal is taking place in an abandoned island resort.
New Guns: There are additions to the armory, the MP5SD6, MK17, GA51, M14S-16, and G3 rifles will be of great help to all SWAT units and will address all their needs. Especially in dealing with threats that are at a distance.
New Helicopter: There is now a new support helicopter in the DLC meant for recon purposes.
Cosmetic Addtions: Two exclusive cosmetic sets are a part of this Ready or Not DLC as well. However, there isn’t any official confirmation regarding it as of now.
To Conclude
The Ready or Not Dark Waters DLC is launching on December 10, 2024. It is a great addition to an already amazing game. Players respond to a hostage situation in an offshore oil rig caused by a terrorist group called the United Nations Front. The addition of three new levels or scenarios, guns, a recon helicopter, and two new cosmetic sets aims to make the game a lot more thrilling.
