The Ultra setting without Ray Tracing will require an Intel Core i7-13900K or an AMD Ryzen 7 7900X CPU, 32 GB of RAM, RTX 4080, or a Radeon RX 7900XT GPU. The devs also recommend taking full advantage of the ray tracing, an RTX 4090 GPU will suffice with everything else staying the same.
