Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty 

Screen Settings Expanded:

  • The “Resolution” option has been added to the Screen settings in the Options menu.
  • You can select between two preset resolutions or create your own custom settings.
  • Keep in mind that these settings cannot be changed once you start the game.
  • If you experience any instability after changing the settings, try reverting to the default settings.

Presets:

  • Original Mode: Displays the game in its original resolution.
  • Adjusted Mode: Shows the game at your monitor’s highest resolution for sharper visuals. If your system doesn’t meet FHD (Full HD) requirements, the game will default to Original Mode with internal upscaling set to Default.
  • Custom Mode: Allows you to adjust “Internal Resolution”, “Internal Upscaling”, and “Movie” settings based on your system’s specs.

Custom Mode Details:

  • Internal Resolution: Choose to render the game in either FHD or its original resolution.
  • Internal Upscaling: Apply additional upscaling techniques to display the game at your setup’s highest resolution for sharper visuals. Some systems may not support this option.
  • Movie Settings: Choose to display in-game movies in either their original or higher resolution. Some movies will automatically adjust to higher resolution when selected.

Controller Settings:

  • Customize controller settings under the “Controller Settings” option.

Keyboard & Mouse Settings:

  • Select from predefined layouts or create a custom control layout in “Keyboard & Mouse Settings.”
  • Mouse Sensitivity: Adjust both mouse movement and scroll wheel sensitivity, now available with mouse support.

  • Steam Trading Cards and Badges are now supported.
