Rockstar Games introduced a new survival mode in GTA Online as part of the Halloween festivities in the game. The New mode called the Ludendorff Cemetry survival has seen a rise in popularity for the game in a long time, with over 1.7 Million plays of the game mode after the initial 400000 plays on its release on October 11. The new game mode was dropped along with the weekly update in the playlist, with the whole month of October set in the theme for Halloween. Let’s take a look.
Ludendorff Cemetry Survival
The game mode takes players back for the very first time to North Yankton, the snowy border town in the GTA Universe. Players can play the game mode along with their friends and take on the hordes of the undead in the Ludendorff Cemetry with waves upon waves of these atrocities.
Fight off relentless waves of disgruntled zombies, massive undead juggernauts, and spirited animals in the desolate cemetery of Ludendorff. This game mode is now available to play in GTA Online on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The Ludendorff cemetery survival completely outshines the last game mode, the ATT-16 carrier mode, with over 270% rise in player count from the carrier attack mode. This huge rise in popularity led to the collective completion of the Rockstar Games community challenge, with players defeating over 200 million zombies in total and earning exclusive rewards. Now, looking at the popularity, the challenge has been ramped up to 800 million zombies to be slain. This will reward the players with a Green Glow and Purple Glow onesie.
