New Heroes in Marvel Rivals Season 2.5

The latest hero in Marvel Rivals Season 2.5 is Ultron, who acts as a strategist. He features a unique set of skills and abilities, including:

  • Dynamic Flight: Dashes in the direction of movement and transitions into free-flight mode.
  • Patch: Deploys a giant drone to follow an ally, healing all nearby teammates, with increased healing for the marked ally.
  • Firewall: Summons drones that provide bonus health to allies in the area, centered around both Ultron and the marked ally.
  • Rage of Ultron: Calls in Ultron Drones to fire Encephalo-Rays, which can either damage enemies or heal allies.

Ultron is emerging as a strategist who excels at supporting aggressive heroes, thanks to his ability to passively heal allies with his drones. However, he might not be ideal as a solo healer. He would likely benefit from teaming up with more healing-oriented strategists such as Luna Snow, Mantis, Invisible Woman, or Cloak & Dagger.

New Map in Marvel Rivals Season 2.5

In addition to introducing the new strategist, Marvel Rivals Season 2.5 will also unveil a brand-new map: Arakko. Maintaining the Krakoa theme, Arakko will function as a Convoy map. While specific details about its layout and design are still limited, more information is expected to be disclosed soon.
