Marvel Cosmic Invasion is a side-scrolling action/ fighting game inspired by the 2006 Annihilation comic storyline. The story centers on the villain Annihilus, who unleashes the Annihilation Wave from the Negative Zone. Players take control of Marvel’s greatest heroes as they unite to stop this cosmic threat that spills across dimensions and worlds. The game delivers a mix of classic beat ’em up gameplay and explosive combat sequences.
Players will battle through iconic Marvel locations such as Wakanda, New York City, Asgard, and the Negative Zone. Each setting features unique enemies, dynamic missions, and encounters with bosses like Taskmaster, MODOK, and Annihilus himself. Marvel Cosmic Invasion was released on 1st December 2025 and is now available digitally on the platforms listed below. The game supports up to four players in online and local co-op, allowing players to join or leave a session at any time. Allowing you to play with your friends and strangers, whenever you want. Moreover, it supports cross-platform play, allowing players on different platforms to play together. However, Marvel Cosmic Invasion does not support cross-progression, meaning your progress will not transfer between different platforms. All the platforms include:

Each character in Marvel Cosmic Invasion comes with a unique skill set and begins with low power levels that grow as they progress through the game. The campaign mode includes 16 missions, each lasting about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how you play. All missions can be replayed and follow the same structure as the Arcade mode.
