Lost Records Tape 2 Postponed, Check the Release Date Here

Waiting seems like a curse since the announcement of Lost Records – Bloom and Rage back in 2023. And, as we say this, we are equally stunned and sad with Don’t Nod, the developers, delaying Tape 2. As the devs confirmed, the game will be released in two parts, namely, Tape 1- The Bloom and Tape 2- Rage. The narrative is set in two different timelines, lingering between 1995 and 2022. And, for players to fully immerse in the game and unfold the secrets, they will have to wait for both parts to release, with Tape 2 releasing a bit later. Let’s see what Lost Records has to offer along with the new release date.

Lost Records Tape 2: Release date

Lost Records Tape 1 is set to be out on February 18, 2025. But, the devs recently confirmed that Tape 2- Rage has been delayed by four weeks from its original release. Now, Tape 2 will hit your consoles on April 15 with a better, immersive storyline along with some bug fixes. That being said, the wait will be worth it as the game promises an adventure full of emotional highs and tough choices.

Sneak-Peek at the Plot

This narrative adventure takes the players to the fictional  Michigan town of Velvet Cove, where four high school girlies forge unbreakable friendships. After 27 years of no contact, fate reunites them to encounter long-buried secrets, that, in the first place, made them promise to never speak again. The game explores the themes of friendship, identity, and rebellion and is highly driven by narrative, with each choice making a difference. And, for players to know the entire truth, they will have to wait for both the tapes to be released.
