In a recent video by Ubisoft, producer Gregory Corgie announced some major updates and clarified some doubts. It’s official: yes, the game is receiving an offline mode, which means you’ll now be able to launch and access the game even if the servers are inaccessible.

Although both The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest will be receiving an offline mode, the producer focused on the former and stated that the development of the offline mode is in its early stages and is progressing smoothly.

The final list of features for the offline mode will be released by Ubisoft as soon as possible, and we will keep you updated. Moreover, Ubisoft also confirmed that they aim to deploy a hybrid mode the game before the end of 2025. This means that players can switch between online and offline modes whenever they want.
