Saving Democracy on Xbox
A new dawn is upon Super Earth and its citizens. The Ministry of Defense is expanding its horizon to Xbox on August 26, 2025. Players on the Xbox Series X|S will be able to enlist in and become part of the Helldivers legions across the galaxy. Take part in missions across the three different fronts, taking the fight to the Bugs, Automatons, and the Illuminates.
Helldivers 2 will be released for the Xbox Series X|S on August 26, 2025, with the Standard and Super Citizen editions of the game.

Is Helldivers 2 Coming to Xbox Game Pass?
Sadly for Game Pass subscribers, Helldivers 2 won’t be coming to Xbox Game Pass as a library title. Players who purchase the game will have to have an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play the game, as it is an always-online game. But one major feature coming to Xbox is the supported cross-play between PlayStation, PC, and Xbox.
Players will be able to team up with players across the different platforms and take on missions together or solo helldive. Arrowhead also mentioned that there will be no cross-progression between the versions, so players will have to start from scratch if they boot up the game on Xbox.
