Fortnite players, gear up for a new epic chapter! Chapter 5 Season 4 has finally descended on Fortnite, with it the return of the most classic theme players have been anticipating: Marvel! This season’s Battle Pass is labelled the Absolute Doom Battle Pass. It’s filled with all the classic heroes and villains from Marvel’s universe, coming in hard with rewards that will keep you grinding for that next tier.
You know you are in for a big treat if you are a Marvel buff. Fortnite has again teamed up with Marvel this season to bring back a roster of your favourite characters. Doctor Doom has taken control of the Island this Season and is not alone. Now, he assembles a lineup of Marvel’s most notorious villains to help him with this sinister plan. But there’s a catch! Captain Jonesy and the other Marvel heroes finally arrive to save the day.
Skins in the Fortnite Absolute Doom
Loaded with eight fantastic skins that one can unlock as they wade through its tiers. This is the Absolute Doom Battle Pass of PubG, meant for both fans of villains and heroes of the classic and bygone era. Enough of that; let’s get into all the stuff you unlock:
1. Gwenpool Uncommon
Start on the right foot with the wacky and zany Gwenpool, the character seemingly a mix of Gwen Stacy and Deadpool. This skin includes a maskless style for those who want to wear her glasses and go for a casual look. You’ll also receive Gwenpool’s Katana Sword Pickaxe, Comic Clouds Contrail, Gwen-step Emote, and the Pig-Gwen Scooter Glider.
2. War Machine Level 15
Arm yourself with the heavily armed hero War Machine. Unlock War Machine and access his Handheld Missile pickaxe, War Force Wings glider, and M.O.A.A.B. back bling. If that wasn’t enough, there is even an Iron Patriot style with a vibrant red and blue combo.
3. Peelverine Level 30
Fortnite’s favourite banana returns again, but with a twist. Bringing together the fun of Peely with the dangerous character of Wolverine gets you Peelverine, the back Bling Peelverine’s Wings, the emote S.N.I.K.T.!, and an X-Force style for a dark look.
4. Emma Frost
Along with her classic white outfit, telepath Emma Frost enters the fray; also available are her Brilliant Cutters back bling, Hellfire Dance emote, White Queen’s Drone glider, and Diamond Strands contrail. You can also earn her Organic Diamond Frost style.
5. Captain Jonesy Level 65
Fortnite’s very own Captain Jonesy fills out the role of Captain America this season. He even possesses his Vibranium Shield, which can help you rip, chop, and destroy. Captain Jonesy’s Shield & Pickaxe, Captain Llamerica emote, Stealth Glider and Stealth Captain Jones style accompany his set.
6. Mysterio Level 80
Prepare for Mysterio—master illusionist—as it arrives in Fortnite. The outfit is adapted from the Spider-Man: Far From Home design and comes with a set containing the Magic Trick emote and Cloak back bling, Supernatural pickaxe, and a red-coloured edition for the Supernatural Mysterio style.
7. Shuri Level 100
Wakanda Forever! Shuri jumps into the fight, decked out in a brand new female Black Panther suit, Vibranium Claws, and more pieces of Wakandan tech, including her Trusty Spear. Finish it with her Skywings as a glider, Cloak as back bling, Vibranium Spear for pickaxe, Take the Mantle emote, and the Wakanda Royale Shuri style.
8. Doctor Doom
Special Quests in September: Doctor Doom is the last boss of this Battle Pass, and you will have to complete special quests in September to unlock him. Doom has returned to the island to take back what’s rightfully his, and his skin comes with a host of Menacing Cosmetics.
How to Get Fortnite Absolute Doom Battle Pass
The Doom Battle Pass can be obtained in exchange for 950 V-Bucks, and you can regain up to 1,500 V-Bucks by levelling the tiers. You could make it a free pass with time and still have some V-Bucks left over. In simple language, collecting your five Battle Stars and fighting up a new level earns you 80,000 XP for each tier of the Battle Pass.
If you are part of Fortnite Crew, you will automatically receive the Battle Pass with no extra charge for your subscription goods. So, wait to spend those extra V Bucks.
Important dates
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and the Absolute Doom Battle Pass will be available for grabs until November 2, 2024, when the season ends, and your chances of unlocking all these cool rewards. Remember to stay on top of your weekly challenges and grind them levels, it’s your Battle Pass.
