The game looks quite impressive in the new gameplay trailer release. EXODUS seems snappy like many other sci-fi games we know of. EXODUS has set our standards high with the latest news and snippets that they are offering. The game was first released in 2023 when Matthew McConaughey started to share trailers of the game. No surprise here that he’s a part of the game. This game urges the players to “Become the Traveller”, not a surprising concept but it does spike our curiosity. Here are the details we noticed and liked about the latest gameplay trailer release of EXODUS.
Brief Overview and Platforms
There is not much we can understand about the gameplay from this singular trailer which only has a minute’s worth of gameplay. The small bits of gameplay where you’ll have to fight the monstrous creatures in space and the conversations that will inspire you in the game. These bits make up the entire trailer, we can’t make out much from these battles in the trailer because they probably last for longer in the game. The thing that irked our interest was the power upgrades and the weapons used in the game. Curious-looking celestial objects and powers are in store for you if you choose to play this game.
The game will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
Gameplay Trailer
Going into the depth of the trailer, we loved how Matthew McConaughey voiced the main character. It definitely adds a lot of character to the game. The trailer has us shocked with how much action was packed into the one minute. For now, EXODUS seems like another Marvel Avengers game where the conversation piece is taken into an action sequence, which is how the trailer was put together.
A thing we want answers for is why we are fighting the bear, is he one of the villains of the game, or are we going to wave the white flag and add him to our crew? Or maybe there’s another animal of some sort to add to our crew? The gameplay does seem quite seamless and exciting because of the moves used by the protagonist to fight the bear and the spider, except that we also want to see how he interacts with the environment.
Overall, the action and weapons seem quite interesting and new from what we have seen. Let’s see what turns up next. One thing that wasn’t in the EXODUS trailer was the release date, we are not expecting the release to be anytime soon though. Archetype Entertainment can take as much time as they want to develop this masterpiece.
