The game is all about survival- Sandworms, politics, and brutal desert life as players thrive on Arrakis.
Dune Awakening works on an alternative timeline in the Dune Universe, where the key events are shaped differently. In the game, The Fremen is gone, Paul never came into existence as Lady Jessica played by the Bene Gesserit’s rules, and had a daughter. Duke Leto is still in the fight, locked in a savage battle with the Harkonnen for control of Arrakis and its precious spice. The desert war rages on as players step into Arrakis- deserted land.

Dune Awakening also has a shifting desert where Coriolis storms turn the familiar land more deadly, hiding new secrets, dangers, and spice-filled treasures.

Dune Awakening features Sandbox combat which lets players fight their own way through Arrakis. Players can explore a massive online Arrakis with hundreds of players, where PvP is always optional but ambition is unavoidable.
