Release Date
Code Violet is gonna drop in July 2025 but the exact release date isn’t out yet. It is a PlayStation 5 exclusive, which means you need this particular console to play it. The developers say that they’re not gonna release it for PC to save the game from vulgar mods. Overall, the game is gonna be a great blend of action, shooting, and adventure. It is going to be a total treat for Dinosaur game fans.

The announcement trailer was out recently and we just can’t stop anticipating now. The visuals are amazing as we see some characters thrown into a world crawling with dinosaurs. We see a girl hiding from dinosaurs, and it is clear she is trying to escape the horrors of this new unknown world. We see more characters, some romance, and some bloodthirsty dinosaurs.
Plus, the environments are created with awesome detail and look very inviting. The game is going to have a rich storyline and twists that will keep you entertained. We are so excited to see what it has in store for us! Furthermore, if you are a fan of the Jurassic World franchise, this game is surely gonna move you.
Set in the 25th Century
Yes, Code Violet is set in the future. That makes it much more interesting as it has some cool sci-fi elements as well. A cataclysm hit the world and now everything is in ruins. Earth is left uninhabitable and mankind is barely surviving among the new horrors that have emerged. Now, the Earth’s last survivors, a colony known as Aion, have paid a high price; they are now sterile and cannot reproduce anymore. How will the world go on like this? Will humanity become extinct?
Your Role
You take on the role of Violet Sinclair, a young girl, who needs to uncover the secrets of the Aion Bioengineering Complex. Yes, escaping the dinosaurs isn’t all, she has to sneak past human enemies too. She also has to escape the complex in time and save her loved ones. Will she be able to save everyone? Will she make it out alive? It’s gonna be more intense than it sounds.
Time Travel
Oh, the time travel and the reason why they’re gonna do it is beyond imagination. As the Earth’s survivors can’t reproduce anymore, they’re gonna jump back in time and bring back healthy women to reproduce and keep the world going. This is gonna save mankind from going extinct. Sounds fierce, right? There’s a lot more going on in there, and as we know, humans are ready to go to any extent for their survival. The plot is full of conflict, conspiracy, and betrayal, and anything can happen at any time. Watch out!
