Thoughts on the Battlefield 6 Map Leaks
Being a lifelong fan of the Battlefield games and having played nearly all modern titles in the series, I can say. I am genuinely hyped for what’s in the bag for the next Battlefield. The recent Battlefield 6 leaks hinting at up to 15 multiplayer maps at launch promise a fresh and diverse experience across all modes. It’s clear EA and DICE are doubling down on the global war narrative with NATO being at its helm. Something we last saw done well in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1. Especially with BF4’s expansions like China Rising and Dragon’s Teeth, which added rich, story-driven content across new maps and regions.
With over 500.000 Steam wishlists already and overwhelmingly positive reactions to the reveal trailer. Battlefield 6 at this pace, is quickly becoming 2025’s most anticipated FPS Game. If only EA doesn’t fumble the momentum, this could finally be the title that puts Battlefield back on top, even above Call of Duty in the current first-person shooter scenario.
