Battlefield 6 Leaked Gameplay from BF Labs Looks Promising

EA just recently conducted the first round of playtest for their next Battlefield Entry and to no surprise the gameplay has leaked online. Hundreds of players participated in the playtests for Battlefield 6 to improve the overall experience and provide fan feedback.

Battlefield 6 Leaked Gameplay

The gunplay and combat look similar to the likes of Battlefield 2042 with improved graphics, destruction mechanics, and overall soundscapping. Specifically, the destruction has seen a major overhaul with the buildings collapsing with a single rocket strike. The UI of the game is similar to older battlefields with a modern twist.

The map UI along with teammate markers are very similar to the style of Battlefield 4. Which EA in its early reveal of the game made clear that the game is taking inspiration from BF3 & 4. The gun UI on the other hand goes with the aesthetics of 2042 with more tools and gadgets available at the player’s disposal.

Battlefield 6 Release Date & Platforms

While no tentative release date is set for Battlefield 6 but EA has hinted at a possible release of the game somewhere down the line in 2026. Battlefield 6 will be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S & PC. Returning to its roots as a modern shooter with the return of a single-player campaign, focus on smaller maps and a brand new battle royale mode.
