Something Sinister is making its way to the shores of Atomfall. The latest Expansion DLC for Atomfall, Wicked Isle, is coming June 2026, adding a brand new area, new enemies, storyline quests, and hard-hitting weapons. The new Wicked Isle DLC will work as a story expansion set on Midsummer Island, just off the coast of Winscale Power Plant. Wicked Isle DLC Storyline & New Enemies
The Wicked Isle DLC will bring with it whole new factions, including infected druids, pirate bandits, and new radiated enemies. The Isle is shrouded in a mystery that runs deeper than the main game, and completing its questline will unlock a new ending for the game. The new storyline quests will be much darker in appeal, with themes of the living dead and cultists.
By the trailer, we can make out a few new enemies, which range from undead cultists, amphibious monsters, and different pirate bandits. The Atomfall Wicked Isle DLC trailer also showcased a leader in some kind of ceremonial mask, hinting at the villain and main bad guy for the expansion.
Midsummer Island (New Location)
Drawing inspiration from the cult themes and folk horror elements, Midsummer Island is far more dangerous and radiated than the mainland. Due to its proximity to the Windscale Atom Plant, the levels of radiation and infection are higher than average. Both its inhabitants and environments are highly irradiated and will prove more challenging than the main game.
The island will be accessible by a jetty near the village of Wyndham. Players will have to talk to the boat-keeper, who will give them their first lead and help players travel to the island. Midsummer Island is no playground, as it is inhabited by cultists, pirate bands, and new, goryfying abominations. All of whom were born out of the radiation from the Windscale Fire Disaster.
New Weapons and Equipment
With a new location comes more than just a few tools of the trade. Players will be able to get their hands on new types of ranged weapons, melee weapons, and new tools. The update will also include new skills to acquire in the skill tree to upgrade your characters. The New Weapons in the Wicked Isle DLC Include:

Wicked Isle DLC Release Date and Platforms
The New Atomfall, Wicked Isle DLC, will be available on June 3rd, 2026. For the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The DLC will be free for players who own the Deluxe Editions of the game, while those who own the standard edition will be able to purchase the Wicked Isle Expansion separately for a price of £14.99, €19.99, or $19.99. Game Pass owners will have a special 10% discount on the purchase.
